Gulf Shores, AL – July 8, 2025 – Eco Clean Marine continued its mission to protect marine life and preserve local beaches with a trash pickup event held this weekend at the Gulf Shores beach. Despite low volunteer turnout, with only one dedicated volunteer joining the effort, the team remained committed to the cause.

Team Lead Karensa led the cleanup, spending 1.5 hours collecting trash along the shoreline. In total, the team successfully filled 1.5 five-gallon buckets with litter — a reminder that every piece of trash removed makes a difference for our marine ecosystem.

“Even with a small team, the impact is real,” said Karensa. “We remain committed to showing up and cleaning up, no matter the turnout.”

Eco Clean Marine thanks all past and future volunteers and encourages the community to get involved in upcoming events to help keep our beaches clean and safe for wildlife.
